Product/Technical Marketing Director

Scott’s 25 years in the seed industry have taken him to Pioneer, Garst, Monsanto, and now to his current duties with AgVenture. Through his experience in product management, sales agronomy, sales management and business development, Scott directs AgVenture’s Product and Technical Marketing efforts.

Since joining our company in 2001, Jeff has worked to keep our market position well ahead of the technological curve. With over 20 years in the industry — everything from bagging operations to field, plant and operations manager positions — his vast experience keeps customer yields high.

Production Manager

Bill brings six years in corn production from DEKALB™ Genetics Corporation to his position of Production Manager at AgVenture. He supervises all seed production and works with multiple producers and conditioners throughout the industry. He also interacts with and supports AgVenture Regional Seed Companies and manages their supply needs.

Louis Sutton

Product & Technology Manager

Utilizing his past experiences as a regional agronomist and district sales manager for companies such as Mycogen Plant Sciences and Stine Seed, Louis manages seed and technology analytics, grain sorghum initiatives and acts as an agronomic technical liaison between research and production/sales. In addition, Louis also lends his energy to strategic growth and business development.

Frank Peterson

Regional Business Development Manager

Frank brings three decades of experience and expertise to RSCs from the Dakotas to the Gulf, and from the Rockies to the Mississippi River.  He worked for a decade in the corporate seed business with Novartis where he served in leadership, sales and business development roles. His early career was in the ag retail and fertilizer business, working in the western Cornbelt.

Kirk Graeve

Operations Manager

Kirk’s 15-year career in the seed industry provides AgVenture with a wide range of expertise and knowledge. Kirk guides AgVenture’s operations with experience in finance, credit and collections, marketing, and business improvement. Kirk also has farm roots and was raised on a corn, soybean and hog farm near Harlan, Iowa.

Tiffany brings nearly 15 years’ experience in marketing and communications to the AgVenture team in her role as Marketing Manager. With skills that span communications strategies, interactive initiatives and a deep knowledge of agriculture marketing, Tiffany provides AgVenture with the direction and experience to create effective marketing campaigns to attract new customers and keep them growing with AgVenture.
