AgVenture D&M meeting focuses on “Earning Our Way on your Farm”

KENTLAND, INDIANA/JOHNSTON, IOWA (July 26, 2016) – "Earning our way on your farm" was the title and the emphasis of Kentland, Indiana-based AgVenture D&M's recent Summer Sales Kickoff meeting. The locally owned and operated regional seed company welcomed sales professionals from across Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky to participate in the intensive three-day workshop.

AgVenture D&M Sales Manager, Brian Maxwell said, "Our focus is always, first and foremost, on our customers' profitability. During the meeting, we focused on new tools, new products, and innovations that will have a significant and positive impact on our customers' operations. Our professional AgVenture Yield Specialists honed their skills and aligned strategies to best implement effective high-yield strategies across our territories. It's very exciting to work together to bring the latest in seed products, tools and tactics that support our customers' goals across the three-state region."

Team members from AgVenture, Inc. (AVI) joined the group, providing timely updates on crop production and customer support strategies. AVI Product and Technology Manager Scott Hart and Soybean Product Manager, Jeff Shaner each provided educational insights on several new and innovative additions to the company's product lineup. Shaner said, "We want our customers to have a great experience with AgVenture products. A couple of important steps towards achieving that goal are having AgVenture Yield Specialists who are well-equipped with product knowledge, and the leaders of your AgVenture Regional Seed Company working closely with myself and the rest of our other product experts to identify new genetics that excel in this geography".
