KENTLAND, IN (September 25, 2015) – Gray’s Seed of Fairland, Indiana has welcomed Raymond Modglin of Reelsville as an independent AgVenture Yield Specialist. Modglin will provide customers across central and south central Indiana with access to AgVenture® brand seed products as well as with year-round professional seed support.

Modglin, a native of North Salem, Indiana has been farming since 1987. He currently farms in Hendricks, Putnam, Parke, Clay, Owen and Vigo counties where he raises corn, soybeans and hay crops, and cattle and hogs. “I am very pleased to be part of Gray’s Seed. Our seed product lineup is uniquely selected and locally adapted to our farms and production systems. On my own farm, I’ve seen how the seed and the support work together to advance profitability. I look forward to delivering those results to more farms across the area.”

Raymond and his wife, Angela, have three daughters. Chelsea is currently attending University of Evansville. Amanda is currently attending University of Kentucky. Jessica, a senior at South Putnam High School has been accepted to Western Kentucky University. Raymond and Angela are very proud of their family and their heritage, and that their children are to coming back to manage and operate the farm. They are active in the community and in their local church.
